Shipping Policy

All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days not including the holidays or the weekend.

Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays via USPS. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. You will also receive a tracking status for your shipment once a label has been created. Once packages are left at the postal service and confirmation emails are sent, Eighth & Ross is NO longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. The responsible party would then be the postal service. Please file your claim with them.  

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Eighth & Ross is not responsible for incorrectly entered information.
